**Deposit & Scheduling Policy**

To provide reliable scheduling and quality service, S&S Land Clearing Services LLC requires a deposit to secure all land clearing and

excavation jobs.


Land clearing work involves advance costs such as equipment mobilization, fuel, labor scheduling, and rented machinery. A deposit allows us to reserve your place on our schedule and prepare the necessary equipment to complete your project efficiently.

**How Deposits Work**

  • A deposit is required before work is scheduled
  • Deposit amounts vary by project size
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise

**Cancellations & Rescheduling**

Deposits are non-refundable once equipment has been mobilized or rentals have been secured.



Cancellations made at least **72 hours prior** to the scheduled start date may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.

Tier I

**Best for - Residential lots, fence lines, overgrown yards

  • Up to 1 acre
  • Tall grass, weeds, and light brush
  • Flat terrain
  • Easy equipment access
  • Quicker turnaround
  • Disk mulcher few passes with larger debris left behind

Double - T

Tier II

**Best for - Pastures, acreage cleanups, pre-construction sites

  • 1 - 5 acres
  • Mixed brush & small trees
  • Trees 4-8" diameter
  • Moderate terrain
  • Moderate equipment access
  • Disk mulcher with multiple passes to mulch finer debris

$2,500 – $4,500 per project

**Best for - Heavily overgrown land, ranches, commercial sites

  • 3 - 7 acres
  • Dense mesquite and thick vegetation
  • Trees 8-12" diameter
  • Steep/rough terrain
  • Multi-day clearing jobs
  • Moderate to difficult equipment access
  • Drum Mulcher with multiple passes to mulch finder debris

$500 – $2,000 per project

MATADOR

Tier IV

**Best for - Developers, large ranches, commercial and municipal projects

  • 5+ acres
  • Full clearing and site prep
  • Trails, pads, access roads
  • Extremely dense and thick vegetation
  • Trees 12" +
  • Multi-day to week clearing jobs
  • Drum Mulcher and excavator
  • Priority scheduling

$15,000 – $40,000+ per project

Optional Add-On Services:

*Fence line clearing: $2 – $4 per linear foot
*Stump grinding: $6 – $10 per inch (minimum applies)
*Fine grading & leveling: $100 – $150 per hour
*Rock and debris handling: Quoted separately
